During my visit to Legazpi Albay, this Kawa kawa hill was one of my destination. This place is Perfect for the Lent Season, there are Fourteen (14) Stations of the Cross, with a human sized statues each stations. I love how clean and green this place is. This is a great exercise also as you go to the top of the hill. I was so sweaty the whole time but thanks to the cold wind that keep on blowing. The beautiful view when you reach the top is just great. It is named as Kawa Kawa Hill, because when you are at the top of the hill you can see that its like a Kawa (Frying pan/ Cauldron) shape. This place is perfect for relaxation after the long walk, after you pray in every stations. But i assume this place will be crowded during Holly Week as there are many people will climb this Hill to pray.
